Australia's leading Soprano to perform at Pearl Beach 2015

2015 Opera in the Arboretum's "TENTH EXTRAVAGANZA" . ..

Soprano, Cheryl Barker is one of the finest to emerge from Australia in recent years, Cheryl Barker is particularly noted internationally for her performances of Madama Butterfly, singing this role for English National Opera, De Vlaamse Opera, Hamburg State Opera, Deutsche Oper, Berlin, Netherlands Opera, Welsh National Opera and Houston Grand Opera.

Baritone, Jose Carbo was born in Argentina of Spanish and Italian descent, and moved with his family to Australia at an early age.

Mezzo Soprano, Louise Callinan was the first Australian to be accepted into the Young Artist Program at the Opéra National de Paris.

Tenor, Rosario la Spina trained at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music continuing his studies at RNCM, Manchester under the tutelage of Joseph Ward OBE

Returning to accompany our singers again in 2015 will be accomplished concert Pianist Jem Harding.

Returning also in 2015 will be the greatly talented youth of the Central Coast Chamber Orchestra.
